It was first printed and published by the Golden Cockerel Press in 1931. This limited edition was issued in 2007 by the Folio Society, of just 2750 printed, this being number 172. This book gives the background and collaboration between Gill and the Golden Cockerel Press from the mid-20s to the mid-30s.
